Q: Who are we?
A: We are a professional respirator manufacturer based in Zhejiang, China. Our team has 20 years of experience on design, analysis, developing, production, and inspection with standardized testing lab; and has advanced automation equipment formask production.
Q: How can we guarantee quality?
A: The inspection begins from incoming raw materials. Always a pre-production sample before mass production along with in-process inspection; always final Inspection before shipment.
Q: How many certification have you gotten now?
A: NIOSH N95, EN149 FFP2, FFP3 NR D
Q: Can customer make their own brand?
A: Yes, OEM business module is available. The process will need to go through application process with NIOSH (or EN149 institute), and after granted the production may begin.
Q: Is sample available upon request?
A: Samples can be provided for free, customer will be responsible for freight cost.
Q: Why do some NIOSH N95 respirators have an exhalation valve on the front?
A: The use of an exhalation valve reduced resistance, which makes it easier to breath (exhale). Some users feels that a respirator with an exhalation valve keeps the face cooler and reduce moisture build up inside the face piece.
